Return Policy

At Crystals in Paradise, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please carefully review our return policy:

  • Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 2 weeks of receiving the product.
  • Contact: To initiate a return, please email us at ilovecrystalparadise@gmail.com with a detailed description of the issue.
  • Broken Items: If your item arrives damaged, we require photos of both the packaging and the damaged product to process the return.
  • Buyer's Remorse: If you're returning an item due to buyer’s remorse, please note that return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Once the return package is shipped, kindly send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return and ensure your refund is processed in a timely manner.
  • Refunds: A refund will only be issued if the item is returned intact and in original condition. If no communication is made regarding the return, no refund will be processed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
